After the California Report and regional news and weather, we turn our attention to the topic of the day.  Women and girls in science. We’ll hear from local residents about their involvement in the sciences, including Felton Pruitt speaking to Nevada County’s Deputy Public Health Officer, Dr. Glennah Trochet. We also discuss the importance of the United Nations General Assembly designating a day to the awareness of full and equal access and participation for women and girls in science.
